My room was huge, but the heating barely worked for three nights.

The traditional shabu-shabu was a culinary adventure that left us craving more! The location was spot on, making it a breeze to hit up nearby spots like Tribeca Cafe just around the corner. Plus, the room had good pressure and hot water in the shower.
The vibe was a bit 'meh' with most staff overlooking us, though the breakfast lady was a star. The breakfast choices were lackluster with lukewarm drinks and tired public areas, but somehow it all still shined through the cracks.

old furniture and malfunctioning air conditioning make for a less than comfortable experience. Hot water issues plagued my stay, with multiple reports indicating that showers were cold due to a heating problem and room assignments didn't match expectations, leaving one guest in a dark, low-floor room without a balcony. The breakfast surprise at checkout, which wasn't included upfront, felt misleading and left a sour note on the stay.
